Staff was great, pool was cold either way as we booked this property as we wanted to use the pool. They had jacuzzis that we used instead. Great location, easy access to best spots in CDMX.

The room was in great condition however the air was very very dry causing me and my partner to have a headache and bloody nose. There was no air or proper ventilation in the room.
The staff on the other hand were amazing, courteous, respectful, friendly and helpful
