The room was perfect! Staff was excellent and very attentive. They were extremely helpful for anything that we asked. Location was great. Towels and bedding were fresh and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Property is under construction, doors and walls are paper thin. Could hear them at 7AM starting work everyday. Very poor construction of the shower, it leaked everywhere. Not enough towels provided to be able to clean it up. You have to request breakfast vouchers every single day, front desk didn’t even look at me when requesting. When redeeming the ‘breakfast buffet’, had the option of one pancake or cereal, fruit or jello, scrambled eggs or chilaquiles. That was the menu everyday. Cleaning staff was very friendly, location is great with many restaurant options close by. As is metro stop ‘Insurgentes’ is just a five minute walk, Angel de Independencia is a seven minute walk. A central area for sightseeing pickups.

Is a nice place for a long stay as it a bit larger than a regular hotel room and it feels more like an apartment due to the fact it has a separate area for dinner and a kitchenette, also a plus is the fact that the hotel has washer and dryer machines in the basement in case you need to do laundry.

Nice hotel in convenient location to many attractions. Clean. Comfy bed. Plenty of plugs for charging. Everything worked. My room was next to the main road but traffic noise was tolerable. There were electrical issues one particular day with the only elevator being out of service for a while. Half the hotel is being renovated; power outage due to construction. As a vegetarian I didnʻt try included breakfast on 7th floor. Would stay here again.

A great space with great walkability (if you can handle the chaos!). The rooftop is particularly amazing. It is a busy and loud area but that is half the fun! Staff were wonderful, the rooms were comfy, no complaints!

The hotel was very nice the service was very good. The parking into the garage is very tight for big cars I have a Buick Enclave SUV and it barely fit. There was some loud music coming from next door and they brought us up some earplugs didn't help a lot but it was a nice gesture. I would consider staying there again.

It was easy reserving at this hotel. I reserved for my godmother and she had a wonderful stay. Even she couldn't sleep on the 1st night because of mosquitos. She let the staff know about it and they resolved it immediately. Also they have breakfast, good option. My godmother loved the green natural juice...She felt really confprtable. Tha k ypu!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the air conditioning was okay. Everything was walkable distance. A few blocks away from Angel de Independencia. The only thing I didn't like is the breakfast. In my opinion its not worth paying extra. Portions are super small and they run out of juice and milk by 9am both days we were there. No way for my kids to eat cereal without milk. Im not exaggerating but the portions of a toast we got it was 1/8 of a piece of toast. They cut it onto 4 triangles then cut those triangles in half. Also, our toilet got clogged the first night and nobody was available to fix it. They told us they will fix it the next morning and that didn't happen so we had to go to the 7th floor to everytime we needed to use the restroom until we checked out basically 2 days later. It was never fixed.
