The hotel was in a great location for our stay. The restaurant below was good, although our rate didn't include breakfast. We ate dinner there and it was good. The rooms and lobby are pretty "Tired" looking. Everything was functioning but in need of an update.

The room was clean yet needed new flooring. I would give them 3 1/2 for extra efforts. The staff were super courteous and went beyond their duties to keep us satisfied. Towels were one per person and your trade them for a free ones.

The place is clean, so big shout out to the cleaning personnel. Safety and security are guaranteed since they don’t allow people in without the guest’s permission and they have safe boxes in the rooms. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. On the other hand, the hotel has central AC which is TURNED OFF at midnight, leaving one sweaty for the rest of the night. The gym is equipped with the basic, and it was obvious that no guest had been there in a minute before me… Also on the downside, I reported that the bathroom sink was clogged and the luggage rack in my room was hanging on a thread. The front desk person said they were going to check that, but never did…

The hotel’s location is excellent; however, the property is poorly maintained. The cleanliness was very, very bad. Even the bathroom ceiling was dirty, who knows with what and the sink was full of grime. It did not feel like a clean place at all. The hotel clearly needs renovations, proper maintenance, and a much higher standard of cleaning

Before booking this hotel, I read every single review and watched some videos online. I chose it because of its fantastic location and the price (not all hotels offer rooms for four people). We arrived knowing it wouldn't be a 4 or 5-star hotel. It's true that the rooms need some maintenance, specifically the bathrooms, but otherwise, everything was quite clean. The beds were quite comfortable, and the outside noise never bothered us (we were on the 9th floor). The best things were the location (as I mentioned before) and the friendly service. It's not a hotel to spend the whole day in; it's just for sleeping. But overall, our stay was pleasant.

The staff was generally kind and attentive, Overall, customer service was good, and I understand the staff is not responsible for the hotel’s condition. However, the room does not match the photos or advertising at all. The kitchen had two burners, but only one worked. The exhaust fan above the stove had no fan installed. The air conditioning is very old and extremely noisy, and there is an opening in the wall for sir ventilation that makes the noise even worse. The biggest issue was electrical: every time we used the AC and the stove, the breaker would trip — this happened about 7 times, Leaving with no air-conditioner and the room is not that fresh...Next day, the breaker started to smell like pastic burning which was honestly concerning for us . We reported it, but the situation didn’t improve cause Later, the bathroom lost power completely, and we were forced to use phone flashlights . I booked this place specifically for the kitchen and air conditioning, and neither worked properly. The owner have to do some serious renovation to mach the advertising online.
