This could have been 5 stars. Hotel is clean, staff is attentive and breakfast was good. However, half way through the stay they asked us to move to another room because they were planning to do maintenance to the floor where we were on. When asked why did they put us in that room in the first place if maintenance was planned. They couldn't answer. I asked them to wait until we checked out but they refused. Obviously an inconvenience for us that the hotel could have avoided if they planned ahead. Shame because it could have been a very nice stay.

Solo dos inconvenientes, a las 11 de la noche llegamos al hotel y marcamos 5 veces al teléfono indicado fuera del estacionamiento y nunca contestaron, tuve que ir a pie hasta el lovi para solicitar el acceso, así mismo se nos hizo un cobro de 40 pesos del estacionamiento, en otros hoteles no se cobra.
