I like the location, very close to Polanco and in an area where uber drivers can come fast. The room was clean and comfortable, but did not feel very safe, the room was in the 1st floor and the window had no lock and was easily accessible from the hallway, no way to lock it, just close it. The front door had difficulty locking as well, although I managed to lock it. The shower looked remodeled but not very nice, no towels were in the room,

Well the place was clean but it was scary to know that there is no sign of the hotel. It seems like the hotel is doing business illegally. I waited for a long time for the hotel staff to open the door for me every time I need to enter the property. It is located on a great zone in Mexico City.

The room was beyond cold, when i came in the window was wide open and they didn’t have any heaters to provide. Got a second banquet but still spent the coldest night ever. Too noisy since 8:30am.

The place appears nice and clean but no even a bit hospitality, there was no mirror in the bath to loud for guest coming in and out the main door it’s pain in the ass and when I asked for a mirror the guy just said ! Oh I know ! Like not even care about it. I also I heard other guests complained about there’ was no maths on the shower floor

One of the worst places I've ever been to. It doesn't look like a hotel, it is more like a house facade, the chek-in took 35 min. The clerk was super slow, took him an eternity to write my number. The room had an awful smell of fresh painting and cement. There weren't bedside tables, no bins even in the bathroom, no soap. There were 2 unlabeled bottles with what could be shampoo but that smell horrible.

Aquí en la página dice que el early check in es gratuito, al llegar te quieren cobrar 500 pesos por ello y no lo respetan. El wifi muy deficiente. Las instalaciones ok, están nuevas e incluso huelen muchísimo a recién pintadas. El personal atento y buen servicio. Pero se escucha absolutamente todo desde afuera y desde las habitaciones por dentro. La zona buena, el precio ok aunque honestamente siento que por el mismo precio podrías encontrar algo un tanto mejor.

Tiene algunos puntos negativos respecto a temas de infraestructura, no cuenta con estacionamiento, se encuentra a lado de una calle transitada por lo que el ruido es importante, los colchones se sienten viejos, adicional abajo de las camas tenía mucho polvo y la pintura de la habitación no era uniforme, sin embargo, cumple con la relación precio calidad, la ubicación no es mala y la atención del personal es buena. Creo que por el precio que pagas recibes una buena opción.

Me encantó la ubicación, ya que queda todo muy cerca, la decoración es muy bonita, la habitación limpia, y acogedora, nos dejaron resguardar la maleta después del check out lo cual fue muy amable. Solo al baño le falta mantenimiento.
