"The room was clean, had a nice shower, elevator, and ac and was extremely walkable. It was near many restaurants, cafes, shops, and an ATM. I walked twelve minutes to get to Hadrian's Gate and it was also near public transit and a great place for a taxi. Omed was the best hist and really understands customer service. He went above and beyond, gave great directions, assisted with restaurants, and ordering food and I would definitely visit and recommend him and the hotel to anyone! It was a wonderful space for the price and I enjoyed my time there."

The location is very central and within walking distance of the old town, yet it is in a very quiet and safe area. The staff were inclusive, professional, friendly, kind, and polite. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Absolutely Loved My Stay at Ramada Plaza! The food was amazing, with a huge selection to choose from every day. The hotel was spotless, and the lobby always smelled lovely — it made a great first impression. The reception staff were available 24/7, super helpful, and spoke English, which was a big plus. Our hotel room was cleaned daily, and for all-inclusive guests, the fridge was restocked every day — a really nice touch! All the staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling and ready to help. The Old Bazaar is only a 15-minute walk away — just follow the tram line. Super convenient for a bit of local shopping and exploring. After a dip in the pool, there’s a selection of saunas to relax in. For more experienced swimmers, you can even take a dip in the seafront right at the bottom of the property. Plus, you get great views across the sea — perfect for photos! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The only disappointment was having to leave!"
