"The location was prefect and the staff were very nice. However we did have issues with 2 rooms and ended up having to move to 3 different rooms. The staff was accommodating but it was still very frustrating and time consuming. Also the mountain view did not give you a view of anything but a tree and the parking lot! The breakfast was delicious and if you're planning to go to a concert this is the right place for you. "

"I paid for a balcony room.. after gets bags to the room we had to go back down to the desk and get a second room, they didn’t put us in an balcony initially. The patio door would hardly open. I couldn’t get it to lock at night, it was almost impossible to open and close. The lock to the entry of the hotel room was falling apart. I couldn’t get the deadbolt to lock without messing with the metal plate around it because it was falling off. The room definitely needs updating as far as functionality. I’ve always enjoyed staying at this hotel but this trip was rough."

"Staff, other than my original lady, rude. Room was not clean. I could smell marijuana through the vents. Heat/ac unit very loud. I understand fire alarm could not be helped. "

"The location was perfect, close to downtown Denver but not in all the crowds. Front desk service was amazing. The guy at front desk was helpful and kind and very attentive. This is a great location if you want to drive to multilple places nearby."

"The TV didn't work. They brought another remote, but it didn't work. Room had no fridge for $150 a night. I could have stayed at a Motel 6. "
