"We travel to Patras, from Nevada, USA, every year to head on the ferry to Kephalonia! This hotel is one of the best we have stayed at in Greece! Staff phenomenal! So clean, friendly and helpful! Onsite parking, bellman for luggage and they will even park your car! The rooftop restaurant for breakfast was excellent and the rooftop turns into a bar restaurant at night and the food was superb! A must stay in Patras! Yamas for an excellent experience!"

"The hotel has potential, but unfortunately the rooms are quite outdated and in desperate need of maintenance. Several areas showed signs of wear and tear that should be addressed. In addition, the bed sheets did not feel properly clean and lacked the fresh scent you would expect from a hotel stay. Overall, the property would benefit from renovations and improved housekeeping standards."
