"We had such a great time staying at the Pelagos hotel, the staff were always kind and lovely, the location is beautiful and its perfect for people looking to do absolutely nothing but enjoy the views, sun and food! We are vegetarian and the staff made us feel so special making sure we had plenty of food for the breakfast and dinner buffets - would 100% recommend a stay here!"

"Was fantastic, the staff brilliant the food quality amazing. We did eat in 2 of the restaurants but the buffet was the best I’ve had for an all inclusive. I know some people have mentioned not on the beach it’s a 2min walk max from the exit of the resort where the bar is so yes a small walk to get a drink. But on the beach the hotel has its own sun beds and area. I would say only fault but understand at the restaurant not all options include and extra charge for those options they give a 30% discount I feel it should be the difference of the cheapest include option personal. But would definitely go again. We had the hotel airport shuttle yes a little more than booking separate but worth it for the service and ease of it."

"We had a sea view room on the first floor and this was clean staff attentive only issue is lack of draw space just shelves but this is minor pools were good and we had no problems getting sun beds there are 2 bars. We did not go to evening entertainment and although we had breakfast included decided to go out up the road rather than the morning bun fight of a buffet - we would stay here again if we were back in messonghi"

"Loved this hotel. Room was a good size, and comfortable, with air conditioning close to the pool and the sea. We had a room close to the pool, but the sea is literally steps away. In peaceful surroundings. Accommodation was lovely in beautiful grounds, staff friendly and happy to help. Breakfast had a wide variety and good choice, and evening meals too. There were a number of restaurants close to the hotel along the seafront with a good walkway . Beach has small pebbles, but once you’re in the sea it is sandy and water so clear. Lovely well maintained grounds Plenty of sun beds If you wanted to go into Corfu town there was a bus stop just outside hotel Would definitely look to come again"

"The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist. The location was good, with easy access to the beach and a great base for exploring the area. The only downside was the food, which we found quite mediocre. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay."

"Excellent hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. Definitely would stay here again. My only disappointment was the hotel spa which doesn't belong to hotel but is onsite and offer services whilst you are at pool. I booked 2 treatments and they asked for payment upfront (whilst booking you in while you are relaxing at pool). Unfortunately I went for my treatments and they only did one, claiming I hadn't got them both booked - even though I gave the receipt to spa manager and was fully paid. They made me feel awkward especially after a lovely 1st treatment and the spa managers attitude was awful. Eventually she realised the mistake after making me feel I was incorrect and reluctantly gave me a refund after I asked for this as I couldn't schedule in 2nd treatment as I was going home day after. I felt really upset after this experience and therefore spoke to the hotel reception team. They were lovely and even had a surprise for me in my room to cheer me up of champagne. They even gave me a late checkout as an apology on behalf the spa. It was first year this spa was linked to the hotel and I just hope for the hote's sake the spa manager is put on a course of customer service and treat customers better so it doesn't tarnish the hotels reputation. I still give 5 out 5 for review based on just the hotel and not including spa. Hence the detailed review for spa."

"We have just had the most fantastic stay at Hotel Rossis, we would 100% recommend!! The location is perfect, right on the beach front & a 5 minute walk to a good selection of bars, restaurants & supermarkets. It’s also only a 2 minute walk to a bus stop which will take you to Corfu Town. The Hotel itself is just perfect, everywhere was spotlessly clean & it’s run by a family who are the most friendly & welcoming people. The room was a great size & again was spotlessly clean. There was a maid service everyday. The breakfast was also very good, serving a great selection which they were constantly topping up. We will definitely be staying again!"
