"The staff was fine and the room was clean. The room description said it came with a trundle bed, which it did not. Also, the closet and shelf space were not what we expected. We came in from the states in the winter and needed more room to hang our belongings."

"The “economy” room was not clean, very old, and the WiFi did not work “because the walls were too thick in the basement.” After speaking with the front desk, I was hesitantly moved to an upstairs room where the WiFi worked. That room was bigger and nicer but nothing close to a “nice” room. No tissues in the bathroom, shower didn’t drain well…but much nicer than the initial room. Breakfast was nice. Not a huge selection but nice. "

"This hotel has a large underground parking lot which is free. 10 Min. walk to Old city. However, wifi is not good enough. Wifi in this hotel is very very slow in the room but in lobby is ok and I told tell to fix that but no improvement. It is quite cold when I stayed in this hotel (8-14 C not sure), but the heater is not working... So I told the staff in the morning and when I came back, it still not working..."

"the beds are very small, and not stable. every turn I wake up afraid to fall. the room very small, very basic. the hotel very noisy, you can hear everything. there was a concert in the back of the hotel so there was so much noise since 17.00 until 1.00 am so we could not rest at afternoon or sleep at night. no parking!! (we were promised free parking) "
