Air conditioning didn’t work nor did the microwave. No elevator to reach our room on the third floor which was difficult for my disabled spouse The jacuzzi was a pleasant touch

This property needs updating. The plumbing was backwards on all sinks showers jetted tub. Little bugs on the window sill and the curtains were falling apart. The tv was small for the size of the room. The room was near the pool end and had a hint of a chlorine smell. The air conditioning unit display was broken and not adjustable as a result Check in time is advertised as 3pm. We arrived at 5 but had to wait a few minutes for the room to be ready. The bed was was quite comfortable and the staff pleasant

I would stay at this property again. It might not look great on the outside (tired looking) but rooms are clean and staff are friendly. The little coffee shop was good too.

Room was clean except the jacuzzi tub had a ring around the top. Room smelled of chemicals and was too hot. Had to carry stuff up 3 flights of stairs. Breakfast was great

Instant coffee at breakfast was poor. Desk clerk was a very cheerful helpful person. Older room but clean and bed was comfortable. Stayed in far worse for more money. Would stay there again. Price was right.

The facility is old and outdated. Lots of stains on the furniture and flooring. The pool is rusted and the water is a swampy green color.

We had 14 in our group. We arrived late, the manager opened up the pool and hot tub for our group to unwind after a long drive. Check in was quick. The rooms were very clean.

It was the basic room with jacuzzi ( water was shut off). The tv wires were unplugged so had to call front desk twice.. toilet was dirty and had to change roll as it had feces on it... Staff was friendly and helpful but would not stay again for $200 ...

Room wasn’t ready until 6pm, even though checkin time is 3pm. Really poor communication from the staff about the issues. The pool is absolutely disgusting. And the entire building that the pool is in is falling apart.

The pictures on Expedia needs to be updated. The pool is absolutely disgusting. So run down, broken windows, missing tiles, grungy and grime on the bottom. The rooms seem like they haven’t been up dated since the 70’s. Outside is dirty and the staff was rude and the breakfast was sub par. The sausages didn’t even seem cooked. The potatoes were soggy. I highly don’t recommend anyone staying here. I also paid over a $200 a night to stay at a this dive! Not impressed
