The food on the first night was almost inedible: we sent back the mahi mahi (I think that's what it was) because it was so rock hard/overcooked that it wouldn't chew down. "We had an amazing stay at this resort in Dominica—it truly felt like an escape into nature. The views were incredible, and the whole setting was peaceful and refreshing. One of the highlights was the food. Every meal was outstanding, and Chef Damien made the experience unforgettable. Building certainly not high end and is old in need up updates - but it is clean and functional (as is the state of most properly on the island). Would go again :)"
