"We took the soap with us (nice bottle of soap from the bathroom), not realizing it was a "spa item." They charged us $80!!!! It was just soap."

"The facilities and room were quite nice and the person at reception - Brooke - was exceptional: warm, welcoming and helpful. However we had a few issues upon arrival that could have been avoided with a bit of extra attention: - the cleaning crew left the fridge door ajar and ice from the freezer melted into the fridge and onto the kitchen floor - the shower valve wasn't operational and had to be fixed - the toilet plunger was disconnected and wouldn't flush We took care of those issues...

That's an expensive interest charge for $2! Also not happy with Red Awning who the room was booked through. I would not recommend them, terrible communication!"
