"Be aware that if you plan to cruise or use the airport shuttle, do your research. The location is not close to the cruise port, so you will pay a lot in taxi fares. The airport shuttle only runs from 9 am to 5 pm. If you have a large group, they will not accommodate the whole group, plus you have to reserve in advance. We just left Puteoli Palace, we had a great stay, While the property is walkable to several restaurants, a grocery store and a few historical hidden gems, it is NOT close to the hustle n bustle of the city’s center. We had tours scheduled at various times, and the hotel’s driver accommodated us with no issues. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute drive to Naples Grand Central Station. The room was super clean! "The property is quite, nice and clean. Only complaint is that the a/c in one of our 2 rooms wasn’t working. We asked for it to be fixed. It wasn’t. We suggested a room change. Figured the hotel staff would have suggested the change. Anyway, room change happened on the last night there."

"We stayed one night, arriving late and overslept. The property was so understanding and generous allowing us an extra hour immediately. The room itself was spotless, the a/c very effective and the bed was comfortable. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants and were extremely responsive. I would 100% recommend as a base to sleep in and would stay here again."

"AC wasn’t working for 2 out of 3 nights. Bathroom layout was a bit awkward to get around and had black mould in the shower. Bed bugs and dusty bed sheets. On the upside a really nice cafe outside and pizza restaurant. Good connection with the train line. View from the balcony was also stunning for the price we paid. But given the chance I’d pay more for better services and cleanliness during our stay elsewhere next time. "
