Overall, the stay was good for the price. The staff were lovely and the location is excellent. There are a few things that could be improved. The beds are a bit uncomfortable, and during cleaning only the bed sheets were changed — pillowcases, comforters and blankets were not, even when visibly dirty. Towels can only be changed every three days unless you pay around $10 per towel, which feels restrictive, especially since the shower lets quite a lot of water onto the bathroom floor and soaks the floor towels. Showers are limited to 15 minutes, the hair dryers barely work and should be replaced, and occasionally there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Aside from these issues, we enjoyed our stay. With a few small improvements, it would be a much better experience and very good value for the price.

Room was excellent Bathroom great. Staff spoke Spanish had to use translate app. Room only, had to leave hotel for all other things. Staff was helpful when I needed to print a document from email. Be prepared to use WhatsApp.

A localização é excelente e permite fazer muita coisa a pé. Há mercado, cafeteria e outros comércios bem próximos, o que facilita bastante a estadia. O quarto do hotel é um pouco pequeno, mas suficiente para quem pretende apenas descansar e passar o dia fazendo passeios. O chuveiro é muito bom, e a cama, os travesseiros e as toalhas são confortáveis. Eu solicitei travesseiros extras, fui prontamente atendida e a equipe demonstrou simpatia e eficiência durante toda a hospedagem.

Excelente hospedagem! Tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa durante toda a nossa estadia. O quarto era amplo, muito confortável, extremamente limpo e muito bem cuidado. A localização é excelente, em uma região agradável, segura e com fácil acesso aos principais pontos turísticos, restaurantes e cafés de Mendoza. Gostaríamos de destacar especialmente a simpatia, educação e atenção de toda a equipe. Todos os funcionários foram extremamente cordiais, prestativos e sempre dispostos a ajudar, fazendo com que nos sentíssemos muito bem recebidos desde o primeiro momento. A internet funcionou perfeitamente durante toda a hospedagem, o ambiente era tranquilo, organizado e tudo estava exatamente como anunciado. Percebe-se o cuidado em manter o hotel sempre limpo e confortável. Foi uma experiência que superou nossas expectativas. Com certeza nos hospedaríamos novamente e recomendamos este hotel a qualquer pessoa que visite Mendoza. Muito obrigado por toda a atenção, hospitalidade e excelente atendimento!

Excelente, equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa, boas acomodações, lugar muito bem localizado. Uma sugestão de melhoria é a resistência da cadeira do quarto e as lixeiras muito pequenas, mais suporte de pendurar roupas e toalhas no banheiro. Mas o custo benefício é perfeito!!

O hotel é lindíssimo, aconchegante e os funcionários muito prestativos. Só tivemos problemas com a calefação pois em dois dos quartos que nos colocaram estava sem funcionar. E apenas no terceiro foi que o quarto esquentou.
