Lovely property with a yard filled with flowers and a view of the water from the front. Quiet and peaceful. Staff was very helpful and made sure we were taken care of with our late arrival. Breakfast brought to the room was delicious! Comfy beds, great shower, clean, and we appreciated the sitting area and table for breakfast. We will definitely stay again.

A spectacular location and the owner operators genuinely care for their guests experience. The property is old and definitely has some items that could use some updating however, everything was functional and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing (favorite was the crustless quiche) and the coffee was perfect as well. Looking forward to my next visit!

This was a great place to place. Scott was very friendly at checkin and made the checkin easy. The room was very pleasant and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was brought to our room in the morning and was delightful. Would highly recommend staying here.

This is a lovely spot with a delightful garden. The staff was very accommodating. However, I am 5’8’ and when I sat on the toilet, my knees were up against the wall-mounted heater. Very uncomfortable. Breakfast was delicious, but it was continental - muffin and fruit - not what I have enjoyed at other B&Bs.

Staff was very friendly. The breakfast yogurt parfait was delicious with the OJ and coffee. I would suggest bringing your own conditioner and hair dryer if you need them. We didn’t ask but didn’t see any in the room. We drove a Tesla and there was a charger down the road we were able to use and charge overnight. We would definitely stay again.

Staff service was tops. Our room had old time character and was quite pleasant. The bed was a bit soft for what we're used to, but we slept well. The only issue was the Wi-Fi was not working most of the time. Staff were responsive to the issue but seems it was beyond their control. Overall, we were satisfied and would recommend.

Kim, Ian and team are fantastic hosts. We were warmly greeted on arrival and immediately noticed how nice the property is. Our room was spotless, modern, comfortable and inviting. Each room is different, and I'd suggest calling if you have questions about any of them. Breakfasts were great - served to us in our room (or outside if we wanted), right on time, hearty and delicious. The location is an easy walk to all the spots in Mendocino you'd want to get to - the cliffs along the ocean, shopping, and great restaurants. The location is pretty much right in the middle of all of those walks. We highly recommend!
