"Staff was EXTREMELY helpful. There was a small issue they caught before our stay where they had accidentally double booked. It was a busy time because Appleton had recently been hit by a tornado so the hotel was taking in extra people that had been displaced from their homes. They ended up being able to accommodate us, which I greatly appreciate. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good and the shower had the most pressure I have ever experienced in a shower anywhere. Keep up the good work!"

"The bathroom specifically in our room on the 7th floor needed some refreshing terribly. Rust could be easily seen seeping through the grout in the shower and surrounding areas. Other than that, the room was perfectly fine Front desk staff was incredibly helpful and friendly"
