The room sheets had holes in them. The doors were outside access. It was Xmas day, so very limited options, but this was just not great. There was so much trash on the ground outside the next morning when leaving. And do to being close to the office, we heard all the traffic throughout the night.

Do NOT stay here

I reserved a double queen room a month in advance and requested it be handicapped accessible due to my mother being unable to climb stairs. When I got to check in, they didn’t have a handicapped accessible room for us and no elevator to use to get to the second floor. Once we helped my mother up multiple stairs and got to the room, it reeked of marijuana. This was probably due to the 5 or so people hanging out in the parking lot smoking. The room was also supposed to have two queen beds in it but they were full sized. I picked up the phone to call the front desk to request a cot, the phone didn’t work. I used my cell phone to call the front and they informed me they don’t have any cots. When we were leaving the next morning, my husband noticed the door wouldn’t latch all the way. We made it work for the night but absolutely would NOT stay here again.

Okay but would not stay here again

The room was very clean. However, the air conditioner was very loud which made it hard to sleep. The doors are loud when they are shut and the neighbors were slamming their door late into the night. The bathroom had a bad smell. The area seemed a little sketchy.
