We had several ‘challenges’- the heater in the bathroom only stayed on for 1 minute, the hairdrier did not work, the room was very clean when we arrived but daily room service was poor- only made the bed and changed the towels. Roc was welcoming, gave us access to his family home and gardens, and an excellent restaurant recommendation in a nearby town. He even called to make a reservation for us. "
