Property was in a horrible condition with stains all over the carpets, walls, doors, fixtures, etc...a standard rental would be in better condition. Property manager didn't bother to offer an alternative advising that they'll just refund the booking. Our weekend holiday was ruined.

The room smelt badly of tobacco smoke, the TV / WiFi power points didn't work (tripped in the switchboard). I also found it odd there was no soap in the bath room other than large bottle in the shower which I assume was left by a past guest as I also assume they wouldn't supply share body wash etc.

Melbourne apartment n east end of CBD
Apartment could have had more utensils for the kitchen but the two bedrooms, lounge and bathroom were more than sufficient for our 2 weeks stay. Excellent centre for access to the CBD and surrounding areas. Apartment management team were superb.

Unfortunately there were issues with giving the security deposit which made me uneasy on leaving to go to the hotel. When we arrived, the room had a lot of marks on the walls & the cleaning was pretty average. There was no milk for the supplied tea & coffee either. We were asked to meet at the office for 9:30 to deal with the security deposit issue, yet there was nobody there!

The check in procedures where officious and not enough info given about the requirements on the Expedia website so one gets a nasty surprise. After hours check in not enough information given to find the property and the key location is very inconveniently placed too low down.. The organisation who look after this property obviously are more used to foreign travellers and therefore cater to the foreign market and don't care about domestic travellers. There is a language barrier at check in as a result. Don"t expect hotel style soaps shampoos, tea coffee milk as there is none. Lack of adequate kitchen equipment for a longer term stay. The shower tray needs a good scrub as does the sink and the balcony was very dirty. Couldn't find any tourist information usually provided in hotels and appartments to tell travellors about the area, attractions, restaurants buses trains or trams. First time travellors to Melbourne would be let down. If these amenties where provided and my points rectified the actual accommodation is good. ..

Spacious room, but management needs improvement
I was mucking around to find the building of the room located. I took the key with the tag from security box but there was no document to indicate the address to stay. The tag of the key seemed to have the address but it was almost rubbed off throughout presumably finger touching by many guests. So, I called the duty personal to obtain the address. I strongly recommend to the manager reviewing and replace the paper insert, then check it every time before new guest arrives.

During my recent stay at IFSuite I found the apartment worlds apart a from the images displayed. The walls were painted white and displayed dirty black marks from suitcases and what I would assume were dirty hands in every room. There were stains on the walls from liquids that had either been dropped and not wiped over along the entry as well as a poor attention to detail when cleaning sink basins, as there was an orange almost rusty coloured residue from overuse. The decor was cheap artworks in foam frames, and the hand soap and shampoo and body wash supplies looked like an after thought using half used bulk sized containers which didn’t feel hygienic. The balcony was also available however you wouldn’t want to go outside as it was covered in dust from construction across the way. The pool was also indefinitely closed for reasons unknown, but I believe it wasn’t up to code which I’m not surprised by. Whilst it was very close to Southern Cross Station and stores and supermarkets I will not be staying here again and would not recommend it.

ロケーションや施設・設備などは満足できるものでした。とてもリーゾナブルでした。最大の問題は、受付です。Upper West Side　はすぐ見つかったのですが、受付はありません。受付には、ホテル名はありませんでした。本当に困りました。

Probably won’t go back
Our room didn’t look like it did in the photo. It could do with a decent clean and provide guests with a fresh bottle of liquid soap and shampoo for shower, not leftover ones used by previous guests. We probably won’t stay here again e would’ve appreciated a top sheet on the bed and not just a doona. A pancake would provide more comfort than the supplies pillows

Run down and needs work - particularly in the bathroom (mouldy shower). Tiny table top ironing board was useless to iron adult sized clothes. Took a while to work out how to activate power - no instructions left. All pillows were soft and worn out. Ok for one night but wouldn’t be happy if I had been staying longer.

Like the location. Apartment was quiet level 35. Had the basic kitchen equipment to cook . The downside have to ask for a service if you want one. They were happy to work with you if you wanted the room serviced.

It is very close to shops and all forms of public transport. Large and well layers out design. It could do with a bit of a clean on the walls and windows but overall was very good.

Staff member was rude. Not enough crockery. Broken lamp. Toilet flushing for 3 days. No salad bowls, no plugs for sink. Nowhere to sit outside, I could go on and on. Left a day early, stayed somewhere for $200 less. Not a pleasant experience

Never go back again!
When we found our room in a building named differently from the apartment I booked, I did a research online and found out that both the service apartments were listed on Hotels.com, so I didn't accept the explanation from the customer services that they have multiple properties and cant reveal the address until check-in! The reason I didn't think I checked in was not what I booked is the totally different conditions/setting of the apartment: 1. Stained carpet in both bedrooms 2. dirty walls with marks and stains in both bedrooms and bathroom 3. neither of the bed has a bedhead - base and mattress only 4. floor lamp in the living room has no cover - globe on the stand only and its definitely not a style! 5. 2 seated sofa only for a two double bedroom 6. very dirty rug in the living room 7. cockroaches found in the living room - alive! When I contacted the hotel about the dirty rug, carpet and marked walls, I was told due to the peak season, they cant arrange deep cleaning for the apartment. But I believe the standard is low, so the quality will only get lower! By saying so, the hotel did respond to my emails quickly and offered to send cleaners, however, the apartment needs a deep clean!! Now, to be fair, the location of the apartment is good, I came to Melbourne for a conference so I had no trouble of finding a taxi at the Southern Cross station. The kitchen was clean and has basic utensils.

とても使いやすく、立地も最高でした。 残念だったのが、禁煙ルームのはずで部屋にも禁煙マークが付いていたのですが、とってもタバコ臭かったです。エアコンフィルターを洗っても臭かったので部屋に染み付いた匂いかと思いました。 それ以外は文句なしです。 また利用します。

Bathroom door don’t have a lock, kettle opener is broken couldn’t open to put water in so we end up pouring in the spout, have not replace broken globe on the light stand in the living room. That’s about it. Thank you 😃

Expedia said i had booked a smoking room. When i checked in the property lady said its a smokefree property but ok to smoke on the deck. The lifts can get crazy so jump in while you can. Location is amzing coles, tab, southern cross train station, sky bus under 5 min away. Bottle o just downstairs. Also my booked room promised city views but only saw a lovely garden and painting of an arm. Thanks

Looks amazing but a huge let down on arrival
Light coloured Carpets were stained in the bedrooms but a note on the TV cabinet stating they were being replaced but I think if you are going to receive payment for accommodation that your premise should be hygienic. There was 3 big long black hairs on the kitchen/lounge area flooring. There was no light in the bathroom but a make shift lamp (that could have been dangerous if it had fallen into the basin) as the down light had been removed but management did notify me after our stay that it was replaced the day we left which was of no use to our stay. No long life milk for the coffee facilities in the room which is a must when staying in a room that has everything else but the milk (odd). We had a towel each and bathmat but no face washers nor hand soap and in the shower was a communal shower gel which again I find unacceptable that everyone else has used it or could have contaminated it in some way. Bathroom basin came with no plug. I wasn't nor my friends happy with the room in general and don't think I'd return after paying $200 a night

miscommunication about which property i was booked at, unclear late check-in instructions, was put into adjacent property which wasn't as nice as the pictures provided for the building I booked & received an email for. had to wander the streets for my room at 1am. room mostly clean but remnants of cigarettes were found, despite being a non-smoking room. lack of glassware when booked for 4 people (was only provided two glasses of different sizes & three wine glasses). was not provided a key to access the balcony which made doing washing pointless & my favourite cherry on top was the power socket that wasn't even in the wall correctly in the kitchen. amenities such as the pool & sauna were fine once i found them & the location was great with lots of nearby places to eat or get coffee & southern cross being a few minutes walk away.
