Great stay and there was nothing to fault. 2 bedroom apartment was in the 14th floor which helped with the noise from trams/trains. Well equipped and comfortable apartment. I would recommend and would be happy to stay again if in the area again.

Honestly such lovely staff at the front desk, they were very hospitable towards me after my flight was cancelled and I would not make it there before they’d left. I love the electronic key access made me feel so safe and secure. Would stay again if I come back down

The apartments are in a great location, convenient to trains and trams and the local area has plenty of restaurants. The apartments have good facilities with well stocked kitchen, regular sized fridge and laundry appliances if you need that. There is a very convenient arrangements with the key system. The reception staff are efficient and pleasant. Only real improvement I would suggest would be a mid-stay service for longer stays. I would highly recommend these apartments.

Always a pleasure, great room ( good deal) comfortable beds and the popcorn in the room was a nice touch! The phone key is a new idea which means I was a bit worried about my battery being charged enough to get back in after hours, and my stay history had been erased but all in all a relaxing and pleasant stay.

Eqpt requires maintenance / keeps breaking down

Overall our stay at District South Yarra was quite good. A couple of things that were annoying was that amenities & equipment in the apartment. Looks like the equipment has become old and needs proper maintenance. - The cooking stove / cooktop consistently had issues and the sparking mechanism was faulty for 2 of 4 burners. We had to request maintenance to check it and after a couple of attempts we were given a workaround where we use a different burner knob to generate the spark & a different knob to release the gas. This was quite annoying. - The dishwasher would not work as expected very often with the rotor that sprays water on the dishes not rotating as expected. Maintenance would have to fix it every now and then. - The flush in the toilet was leaking continuously. While this was not a major leak, it was annoying because it would always make a consistent dripping sound. We informed maintenance but after a couple of instances, we gave up. Since I have stayed for a month and endured these annoyances, I should be compensated accordingly. Appreciate if you can take this up with the property.
