Room was clean and comfortable. Much bigger than expected too. Bathroom prob needs an update but was still clean and well looked after.

Staff were great. Room was clean except for the rubbish from previous guest left under the sink. Bathroom let the whole room down. Mouldy ceiling and tiles. Weird layout meant that the shower wasn’t completely sealed and water ended up in the floor making it slippery enough that someone slipped over. The shower door hit the vanity and the shower was set quite high so it was difficult to get in and out of.

Tired & Unclean

Room was tired & in desperate need of a refurb. I had no towels & had to call reception to get some after hours. The bed looked like someone had slept in it & then made it again. The toilet looked like someone had used it & not flushed properly. Shower/tub floor had grey scum on the bottom that you get from not cleaning it regularly. Honestly - I thought the room they gave me was someone else’s & it was given to me by mistake. Staff were lovely, couldn’t fault them. But the room was definitely subpar & unclean

Delightful lady greeted me late at night when I arrived. Was nice to know thre was 24/7 reception service. The service and place exceeded my expectations for what I was in need of - safe place to stay for a few hours. Great price, location, and a spacious room.

Lovely stay.

Was at this more for four nights. Staff were extremely hlepful. Smelt lovely and fresh when I walked in and the room was also. The property is a little dated however the new owners have been making improvements.
