Best start to our honeymoon

This was the perfect way to start our honeymoon island hopping in Mozambique. The staff are wonderful and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable and happy. We can’t speak highly enough of all the staff (but especially resort managers Anna & Ferando, Tomi in the bar - with whom we became well acquainted, Vino the activities manager and the chef who turns out the most delicious seafood dishes). Every little detail is taken care of - from the flights in (45 mins from Pemba in a small bit very safe plane) to planning your meals and activities if you choose to do any - it is the perfect quintessential honeymoon experience and we absolutely loved every minute of it.

English From arrival to departure, everything perfect. The hotel's facilities and the place itself are spectacular, of a natural beauty that only a private island hotel can provide. In addition, there are only twelve rooms. The beach was practically ours. The pool on the balcony of the rooms was an added bonus. The arrival and departure by air give an even more special touch to the place. The food prepared by Chef Azarias is top notch, all fish were divine and the lobsters were the best I have ever eaten. Talk about what's cooking in this place, fresh lobster every day for breakfast, want more ?! The hotel staff was the high point of the place, imagine that you are already in heaven and they even did everything to further enhance our stay. The fridge stocked constantly, we never ran out of drinks. Once again: thank you from the heart for the romantic dinner on the beach on the last night of our stay, it was wonderful. I want to thank everyone for the special treatment: Anelito, Almeida, Abdul, Abu, Azarias, José, Tomé, Tania, Vino, Shorty, Michelle. Big hug to all Português Da chegada à saída, tudo perfeito. As instalações do hotel e o lugar em si são espetaculares, de uma beleza natural que só um hotel de ilha privada pode proporcionar. Além disso, são só doze quartos. A praia era praticamente nossa. A piscina na varanda dos quartos eram um presente a mais. A chegada e a saída por via aérea dão um toque ainda mais especial ao lugar.

An unforgettable experience on medjumbe

From your helicopter transfer to the jaw dropping view from your wonderful beachfront cabana....Medjumbe is a slice of heaven. The staff are beyond friendly and accommodating of every request. The facilities are stunning and immaculately clean. Yummy food, lobster for 3 meals a day if you desire. Strolling the massive beach... Medjumbe has left us with wonderful memories of Mozambique. Thank you all for taking such great care of us for our stay.
