The staff was great and helpful. The hotel is walkable distance to Masjid Nabawi, & they had a good breakfast. Overall our stay was great, & looking forward to staying near the future.

Breakfast was decent, its in building adjacent to the hotel. The staff at the reception did not have great knowledge of how things work. Found it unusual for them to take a deposit of 200 SAR during booking. Disliked · location is quite complicated. at least 15-18 minute walk in scorching heat. even in taxi it is difficult as you have to take a U turn to make it to the hotel.

We had a late check in our room wasnt ready, they were quick, they were only a few minutes late. So dont get frustrated if it happens to you. Their breakfast had a huge selection, their pastries needed to be microwave for 30 secs, no microwave. Their falafin & fries was not fresh. Everything else was good. Cant beat a nice 12 minute walk to the Prophet’s Mosque.

The room was not clean, the service was OK, I got to check in late, like in the middle of the night, but I could not borrow an adapter during my stay, they told me that I needed to buy one. That restaurant was in another building. I could smell smoke in the room.

The property is located about 15 mins walk from the masjid. However, if you just want to grab some food that's a good half hour walk away, as a minimum. We stayed for three night's in which the room was not cleaned once. We ran out of toilet paper and it was easier for us to buy it than find someone to replace it. The safety box did not work until an engineer came and slapped it. Little worrying that there is a master code that he could have used to open it. On check-out day, the master key was needed as my belongings was locked and the batteries ran out, which delayed our check out - they rang to remind us that we had to check out. The bellboy was really good, allowed us to safely store our luggage when we had to check-out at 12pm as there was no opportunity to pay for late check-out. Our flight wasn't until 7pm, which allowed us to visit the masjid one last time.

Yes it was relaxing and clean room. Walking distance between masjid nabvi is suitable younger people's. A bit too much for older people.
