Shops nearby. Room was not ready on arrival. My wife is disabled and had to wait 30mins in the corridor where it stank of damp. Constant noise from workers late at night so could hardly sleep. Please avoid.

Worst, no service, barbarous manager/receptionist

The worst hotel in my life, after traveling to 12 countries. No service, receptionist/manager was shouting like an animal on all guest. Very dirty, the poop wouldn’t pass in the WC and they would tell you to wait until next day they call someone from outside for maintenance since they don’t have it in-house. Although it’s cheap but one shouldn’t even choose if it’s free. Please don’t ruin your soulful trip by staying here.

Die Lage war sehr gut, nämlich ein Fußweg von 5 Minuten bis zum moschee. Daneben gab es genügend Restaurants und einkauf Möglichkeiten. Das hotel was an sich in ordnung, manchmal war es in flur sehr laut. Die Zimmern waren sauber und ordentlich, halt ein wenig zu eng für 4 personen. Check-in hat wenige minuten gedauert und wir konnten sogar um 14.00 Uhr check-out machen, daher unsere Flug in der Nacht geplant war. Wir konnten ab 14.00 Uhr unsere Gepäck im Lobby hinterlassen und haben es um 23.00 Uhr abgeholt. Personal waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Väldigt väldigt missnöjd. Borde inte vara tillåtet att ha detta boende som alternativ på Hotels. Jag försökte stänga av AC:n som var på full kyla och full styrka men det gick inte. Försökte byta rum men fick inte av personalen, väldigt otrevlig receptionist som skriker åt sina medarbetare. Jag önskar ha mina pengar tillbaka. Det enda som var bra att det var nära till moskén.

فندق جميل وهادئ وقريب من الحرم النبوي. staff محترم ومتعاون جدا خصوصا ا.ابراهيم مدير الفندق الذي حل لي مشكله في تواريخ الحجز وكان متواجد طوال الوقت لتلبيه احتياج النزلاء. تجربه ممتازه وان شاء الله تتكرر
