"By the bed was cheese sticks and pizza crust from previous guests, the toilet was broken and sitting with a lean, the mini fridge was broken so wouldn't turn on, the ac was also not working so the room was marking 80 degrees from when we walked in and left so we were sweating through our entire stay. Advised the staff didn't act surprised or have intention of fixing problem like calling a maintenance or something to fix the issue or provide another room but I'm guessing the whole building had no ac issues because when went to complain another guest was saying they were also with no air. The best part or only thing that was as advertised was the breakfast very clean and delicious I have them their props on that but it looked to nice to have so many issues in the suites."

"Easy parking, close enough to SMU campus and a bit less expensive than the other lodging closer to the university. Good free breakfast. Was perfect for a 1 night stay."

"I checked in around 11pm on Thursday night, I went straight to sleep, around 1 am I woke up to go use the bathroom and there was unflushed feces in the toilet. I went to the front desk and the lobby assistant offered me a plunger. I wasn’t plunging someone else’s feces, she followed me to the room and took care of it. I’m literally distraught and disgusted "

"Spacious rooms, small balcony, quiet and clean"

"Room was clean but some issues. The sliding door to the bathroom was very hard to use and allowed little privacy. The tub faucet ran eternally with no way to completely stop the flow. Pillows left much to be desired. Breakfast is restaurant style and not included in stay, plus pricey for what is received. Staff is very helpful and the property is generally clean albeit somewhat noisey."

"We loved our girls weekend away. Batman (Zion) was so awesome, helped us the whole weekend and made sure we had a great stay. He was very professional and went above and beyond, making sure we were comfortable, had everything we needed and made us laugh more than we can count. You have great staff. Your hotel is beautiful and has a great lay out. We were a little sad that the outside pool was closed for repairs but we will let that slide. As the room was very nice, the AC worked well and the water pressure was amazing!"

"We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Dallas. The room was very accommodating for us having children. We also all enjoyed the breakfast!"
