"Staff was excellent as usual , the issue however i had with my stay was the room.. I can tell i had a different housekeeper this time however I first noticed that she didn't check the fridge, there was beer leftover from the last customer also the microwave had steam in it and a smell of food as if it was just used. Then I noticed she didn't mop behind the trash can there was sticky stuff on the floor. She didn't refill the cups for the coffee or water, she didn't even change the lotion bottle as it was halfway gone on the sink by the soap and the tub wasn't clean either.. there was specks of dirt and stains on the shower wall. I love staying here i just recommend someone else clean my room for my next stay."
