The place was clean, the staff was friendly and it was well located for us. It had a washer (only cold water) no dryer. There was a parking fee well stated and a cleaning fee not previously stated or the amount.

Great place to stay. A towel was a little stained and the balcony door has no handle so you would always have to open the door by pressing your hands on the glass door. The hotel charges an additional fee for cleaning which really should be included in the price if the stay. It also took about 20 minutes for us to be provided with the code to get our room key so we were just waiting at the room door waiting and trying to contact them. Other than this it was good and they did reach out to see if we needed anything.

Convenient location
We have stayed here before on a different floor. This apartment was very spacious, great wifi, comfy beds and bedding. Shower gets hot. One block away from a huge mall that had a grocery store. Host was super helpful and responded quickly always. As this apartment is on the bottom floor near the elevator and garage entrance it can be a little noisy. It did not disrupt my sleep in any way.

Tricky check-in
Check-in was a little confusing. I entered the building with no problems but then had no idea what to do next. I didn't have an apartment number. I had to chat in the lobby on WhatsApp and also provide a photo of my passport, before getting the apartment number and key-safe code. It was not smooth but they did do all they could to help me.
