The staff were very friendly. I would say the hotel was overpriced for the quality of room that was offered. I was told the prices went up due to the bad bunny concert in the area. we spent very little time in the room anyways. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Yo sé que el precio es barato entre comillas pero el cuarto terrible el baño da asco no tiene aire un ventilador que hace mucho ruido las camas y las almohadas horrible lo único bueno es que si estaba cerca del estadio el servicio al cliente si son amables

mala experiencia en el check in

mala experiencia ya que nunca informan que los pagos son todos en efectivo, y que si pagaba con tarjeta me cobraban el 6% mas, esto es inaceptable. hoy en dia nadie anda con efectivo por seguridad, ademas es ilegal cobrar el 6% mas por el uso del datafono la comision la debe asumir el prestador del servicio no el cliente

Pay a few extra bucks and a better place

Nothing worked in the room. WIFI was out for a day and shaky. Toilet flooded from another room and got into my room. Staff didn't care and didn't offer a refund. Don't be cheap. Pay a few extra bucks
