Good location as near 2 shopping malls with a lot of restaurant options near by. Breakfast is good and room is clean. Properry is kind of outdated as I stayed my 1st time, 9 years ago and nothing has changed. WiFi could be better in these days. Yes, I will stay again and keep recommending to family and friends

My few days stay was very relaxing. Good and very friendly service. From the Hotel to Premium shopping mall is just 3 minutes walk and San Diego shopping mall 9 minutes walking distance. Transportation is no problem at all. I would definitly go back to that hotel for my next Medellin trip.

It’s quaint. Definitely not a five ☆✩✦✧✩✰✪✫✬✭✮✯❂✡★✱✲ property. But clean and the staff is amicable. It’s noisy depending on what sides of the hotel you are staying on. Hotel should really invest in having a bilingual staff at the front desk 24/7… the make front desk workers are the only ones who can speak English. I hv been to this hotel 3 times this year… and that is the most frustrating part… when you hv to take out google translate to get towels.

The staff although some speak very limited to no English— are very accommodating. The hotel is no 5 ☆✩✦✧✩✰✪✫✬✭✮✯❂✡★✱✲ but it’s clean and quaint. It’s located in a very busy area of San Diego. So, if you are a light sleeper—this is not the place to lay your head. There is traffic all day and all night… and the hotel is located between two busy streets. So, you will hear loud music, revving motor bikes, ambulances, etc., church sermons/singing — all night long. You can ask for a room not facing the streets— but they are limited and you will still be hearing the busy traffic and street noises… but not as if you are on the street. Other than that it’s a comfortable, clean and safe hotel. Great breakfast btw— with a great view— a roof top view of Medellín.

The staff was friendly. The restaurant was very nice pretty cool location with a good view. The bad thing was I did not like the bed. It was small and it hurt my back really bad. Also, you could hear everybody talking next-door and outside 3 o’clock in the morning, I kept me awake.
