Hotel was nice and clean. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Great Location, two blocks to Cl70 with lots of Bars and Restaurants. Would stay here again next time Im in Laureles.

Jasnely, Carlos, Carlos, Di and the rest of the staff were amazing. They are very helpful and attentive. Super nice too. It is a perfect spot to see Laureles and an awesome hotel.

It was close and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and the popping street with bars and clubs! The room don’t have much to offer like no pictures on the wall it’s just the bed and the tub and bathroom and small closet and night stand! Make sure to bring wash clothes they do not offer that! Only towel for shower!! Breakfast was good only went once! Only giving 4 star because the room didn’t have no excitement to it!

Staff very friendly and exceptional location but… weirdest room design layout and issues with fixtures and bathroom door that wouldn’t close. The shower is literally in the room and is surrounded by glass so there is no privacy. The windows don’t block out much noise from the street. And the weirdest part were the plastic!! pillows on the bed. After a few nights my neck was sore. Breakfast was standard but is right next to the parking garage in the basement. Lastly, not sure why after every room cleaning I had to ask for towels as the cleaning staff took them to clean but never brought replaced. It happened 4 times in a row. Just an oddly run place.
