Alles wie beschrieben, zentral gelegen, nahe Bahnhof und super für einen Besuch im Ravensburger Spieleland. Bett war bequem, Ausstattung gut. Einzig das Bettsofa war nicht so bequem und die Kissen auch nicht.

Das Appartmenthaus ist neu (BJ 2024) und liegt zentral. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen guten Bäcker, wo man ein vernünftiges Frühstück bekommt. Die Ausstattung der Appartments ist zweckmäßig. Betten okay, Dusche und Verdunkelung gut - es fehlt aber an Atmosphäre & Charme. Also eher etwas für die Durchreise… Was mich sehr gestört hat, war die fehlende Klimaanlage, auch keine Ventilatoren vorhanden. Durch die Rundumverglasung (hohe, bodentiefe Fenster), war das Appartment im Sommer aufgeheizt und an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Bei geöffneten Fenstern, deutlicher Straßenlärm durch die Kreuzung und Durchgangsstraße. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern war nichts zu hören. Auch nervig ist die Parkplatzsituation für überhohe Autos (Dachbox). Im gesamten Gebiet sind max. 3 Std Parkzeit erlaubt. Der Online-Check-in Prozess benötigt digitale Ausweisdokumente (Foto). Finde ich aus Datenschutzgründen unschön. Alternativ geht vor Ort am Automaten auch mit Führerschein. Am Automaten bekommt man auch die Zimmerkarten und checkt aus. Da es vor Ort nur stundenweise Ansprechpartner gibt, wirkt alles sehr anonym. War nicht unser Ding.

Die Zimmer waren gross mit einer Küche ausgestattet. Alles war modern und ruhig gelegen. In der Unterkunft befindet sich ein Bäcker, der sehr lecker ist. Die Tiefgarage war geräumig was ich super fand. Für Ausflüge um den Bodensee etc. ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Bei Fragen oder bei einem Anliegen bekam man schnell Hilfe (Kontakt war immer sehr nett!) Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Sehr sauber und Familien freundlichen Apartment .während Aufenthalt findet man alles was man braucht.sehr geeignet für Familien mit Kinder. Küchezeile Vorort, Bäckerei unten zum Frühstücken. Ich würde weiter empfehlen.

Zimmer ist sehr modern. Schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Im 4.Stock gibt es sogar eine eigene Terrasse, wo man abends das schöne Wetter genießen kann. Ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen

Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Das Apartment war geräumig, sauber und wohnlich eingerichtet – viel angenehmer als ein klassisches Hotelzimmer. Die eigene Küche ist ein echter Pluspunkt, genauso wie der Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Die Gegend ist ruhig, aber Friedrichshafen und der Bodensee sind schnell erreichbar. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, gerne wieder!

Es war toll. Als Anregung würde ich noch einen Besen oder Handbesen empfehlen wenn man im Appartement isst und Kinder dabei hat wäre das praktisch.
