1) I stayed at room 443 for 4 nights and my experience was horrible. We had water leak and i complained multiple times even i went down to talk to them in person but they were keep saying "OK" Eventually i had to submit complaint to Expedia Team and after that complaint they fixed everything in one hour and apologize and even offered free breakfast to us. My question to the hotel management is that this is how you guys treat Guests? Again the Room cleaning staff was good they were cooperative but maintenance staff was horrible and 0 star experience. 2) Crowded the buses go frequently but Tons of people you have to wait 20 minutes to be in the line and 20 minutes to cross the road and 20 minutes at return back. I visited back in 2023 and it was not like that and it was good and easy. Its not worth it the time you spent

Location is good. Close to bus stop which takes you to Haram bus stop. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby for very good price. Rooms were tidy. 2 of the 3 beds had problems but staff replaced them immediately. Honestly, cannot speak highly enough for the staff. They make this place worth booking. They were so attentive and responded to all our requests. Very kind and polite team. Thank you!
