"Room: had to change three time, once again he bed was so old and noises it was impossible to move your toe without waking up, two second room loud overhead buzzing and when I asked the desk the response was “oh people complain about that noise in that room, I moved a lady the other night”, third roomAC did not work we sweat all night. Dated and old do feels a bit unclean. I would not stay again, not up to Hampton standards. Staff was great."

"Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. There were no towels in the bathroom when we arrived, and we had to request extra towels. The beds were too small, which made our stay uncomfortable. There was also a persistent musty smell throughout the hotel. My wife and I both came back with itching on our skin—possibly from bugs. We cannot say with 100% certainty that it was caused by the hotel, but it is a concern worth noting. The breakfast was acceptable overall, but the scrambled eggs did not seem natural—they tasted artificial. By the third day, I had completely lost the desire to eat them. Additionally, on the second day, there was a person lying in the hotel hallway with many bags, appearing to be homeless, and they remained there for most of the day without any apparent action taken by the staff. I have stayed at other Best Western hotels in Seattle, Tacoma, and Los Angeles and never had any issues. I genuinely liked this brand, but after this experience, my family and I will likely avoid it going forward."

"Staff was very pleasant. Room was clean, but in need of an upgrade. Bathroom in need of an upgrade. Parking was ample. Didn't try breakfast since a Denny's is across the street."
