Sundance Square is in easy walking distance as are various public transport options such as the bus to The Stockyards and the train to Dallas. "The property was "good" overall. It is older and could use come updating. Bathroom lights were super dark, tub had mildew in the caulk, ceiling was stained from unit above leaking water. The room had a pet odor and must've had cats in it recently (my wife & I are both allergic and sensitive to cats). Breakfast was almost nonexistent both mornings we went to attempt to eat. Positives: Friendly staff, great shuttle to AT&T, proximity to downtown, safe location. "

"This is a nice hotel in an ideal location for both Forth Worth and the Stockyards, both of which are about a 10 minute taxi ride away, however the Hotel runs a free mini bus to the Stockyards and back Thurs - Sat from 6pm. Breakfast was very good and the freshly cooked cookies and coffee in reception were very much appreciated after the nights at the Stockyards! The hotel also has a large car park with free parking."
