"The staff was exceptional, very friendly and professional. All areas of the hotel were very clean which is the first thing we look at on reviews before choosing a hotel. The thing that was off-putting were signs and jars EVERYWHERE asking for tips. There were signs in the room with a QR code, signs all over the breakfast area, tip jars everywhere in the breakfast area, signs at the front desk...it was ridiculous. I don't have a problem leaving tips but having it shoved in your face everytime you turn around became more than annoying."
