We stayed in #7 which was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The amenities were nice (coffee, toiletries, etc.) and the check in process was self serve and easy. Although plenty comfortable, it was a very small space with limited storage space for clothes and no real privacy without the blinds closed
Such a unique experience! It is like it's own little community. People from all the different tiny houses would sit around the fire pit in the evening talking about where people were from, what they had done that day, recommending places to visit to each other. It was a much different experience from your standard hotel.
The craftsmanship and thoughtful details of the space made it a gem. It was quiet at night, had great AC as it was 100 degrees on several days of my stay. It is within walking distance to the main drag downtown and has ample safe parking. The bed was very comfortable, and they even provided a sound machine with ocean waves as an option. The theme was Aloha which was carried out throughout the decor. The shower had great water pressure and very clean. I highly recommend Boutique Retreats.
I would highly recommend this place! Rooms were new, with quality furnishings that were adorable. It was very clean too! We loved sitting outdoors around the fire pit.
Super cute little house accommodation. The cottage style house we stayed in was very clean. Though we did not use the common gazebo or fire pit, it was a nice addition. The property is very convenient and walkable to the central shopping/wine tasting district. Kevin, one of the proprietors, was very helpful in suggesting which tasting rooms to try. This was our first time in McMinnville.
The Boutique is a wonderful place to visit! The town and surrounding area is a beautiful place to visit and the staff was very accommodating. The perfect location for a romantic weekend!
Super cute and small hotel experience. We stayed in The Lodge which was a mountain retreat style room. Bathroom extremely small with a shower that was too powerful for the space! Comfy and clean bed but high uncovered windows woke us at 5am. Far too bright despite eye shades provided. There was also a nearby barking dog (at 4am) Overall, it was a fun experience in a well-designed and pretty courtyard.
It's different .they are tiny houses on a lot just minutes from 3rd Ave aka Main Street..just nine cabins +houses) perfect...fire pit, gazebo, spot on..
What a cute property. We did not get the unit I thought we booked but it was still perfect. Spotless and beautifully decorated. Would definitely recommend.
This little slice of tiny home heaven is beautifully situated walking-distance from McMinville’s historic 3rd Street where you can eat, taste and shop to your heart’s delight. Each of The Boutique’s nine custom tiny homes is unique unto its own. The interior appointments are super cool, cute and comfortable. The beds are….well… I actually didn’t want to get outta mine. I could have easily lingered until noon. The creatively designed central courtyard features a fire pits, adorandak chairs and a meditation inducing vibe, with lovely statuary invoking peace, rest and relaxation. This couple will be back!!
We really enjoyed our stay at The Boutique Retreat. All the individual tiny houses have their own style. It’s very clean and relaxing. And the fire pit outside is a very nice add-on to the stay.
Charming and clean with nice outdoor space. Instructions were clear and easy to get in. Close to downtown and good coffee shop right across the street. Adorable friendly cat named Leo lives a few doors down on the way to downtown. He is the offices neighborhood greeter and made our stay especially lovely.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Close to 3rd street. Comfortable. Patio was very nice with comfortable Adirondack’s and fireplace.
We had a really lovely time here. It was nice to be able to just go into our room with the provided door code. Everything was clean and the bedding was lovely. Our cabin was a bit small for sitting in there together, but the outdoor courtyard area was perfect for sitting and relaxing - love the fire pit! It is an easy walk to all the great things around “downtown” Mcminville, and the bathroom was lovely and spacious. Would definitely stay again!
