"Great staff! Super fun property - eclectic and fun!"

"While the staff members I encountered were friendly and pleasant, my experience was severely overshadowed by the unacceptable state of my room and a lack of follow-through from the management team. ​The Cleanliness Issues: Upon arrival, we discovered several hygiene concerns that should have been caught by basic housekeeping: ​Dirty Linens: The bedsheets had a visible dried substance on them. ​Bathroom Hygiene: There was hair from a previous guest throughout the shower. ​Amenities: The refrigerator had not been wiped down and contained spills from prior use. ​The Service Failure: We reported these issues to the front desk and specifically requested that the sheets be changed and the room be cleaned the following morning. We returned in the evening to find that nothing had been addressed. Incredibly, the bed had been remade using the same dirty sheets, despite the stains being clearly visible through the fabric. ​Ultimately, we had to source clean linens and change the bed ourselves. ​Resolution: While I appreciate the verbal apology, being told the front desk "forgot" to relay the request does not rectify the situation. I paid for a clean, professional lodging experience and instead spent my time managing basic housekeeping tasks. Given that we spent our stay in "someone else’s filth," I would expected an offer to be compensated for our stay. "

"It’s a warm bed and a shower for a decent price. There’s nothing flashy and the place is just fine. It got the job done. "

"Very cool vintage property. Lots of amenities and full of southwestern fair. Short walk to downtown 20 minute Uber ride from/to the airport. "

"We were passing thru Tucson from Texas,we decided to stay in the Lodge because a few year’s ago we stayed here when we went to 🌵 NP and we loved it. For the second time it did not disappoint. Clean room, nice space for my two kids and husband. Next time we go to Tucson we will definitely stay here!"

"Not their fault, but no AC until 10pm one night and no pro-active compensation. One-side drapery light leak a real drag. "

"Disappointed- The property had a large sized recent fire that affected the hot water. No hot water for showers for almost all the rooms. The jacuzzi never warmed up. Staff kept saying it was working but we tried several times. We were told they would move us in the morning if the hot water still wasn’t working. It wasn’t. We insisted on moving rooms. Several people stayed in rooms with cold showers. Later that night, someone tried to open the door while we slept with a key. Very chaotic. "
