"Hotel is nice . However the rooftop bar is not open seasonally so not as much fun . The restaurant is good but when crowded is VERY slow ! Took us 1 1/2 hr just for burgers . Also our car was broken into along with a bunch of others . But guess that can happen anywhere in Atlanta I guess . We’ve normally had good stays but just not this last one . We’ve always usually stayed there in spring and summer"

"Staff was super friendly and inviting upon my arrival. Then the couple times I need assistance the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property and will consider other Holiday Inn Express properties in the future. "

"I was never able to step foot on the property due to my flight being canceled. I reached out to the front desk when I realized I wouldn't make it to Atlanta. Chez advised me that they could check me out 03/09/2026 and that I wouldn't be charged for the 2nd night. Yet another rep Jada popped into the same chat and said the room would be checked out tomorrow 3/10/2026. It's just bad customer service added on top of an already bad situation. I was stuck in Orlando for 2 days before my flight to Atlanta was canceled and when I finally get a flight back home to Wisconsin my luggage was still on the plane to Atlanta! This hotel mishap was the icing on the cake. I will never book with them or recommend them to anyone."
