Amazing ❤️

It was a wonderful stay, especially the staff and reception, the cleanliness and the splendor and beauty of the hotel. I only wished that the spa was included in the cost of the stay. yesterday It was a wonderful “ Mouloud nabawi charif “ in your amazing hotel ❤️❤️❤️

Bonjour, Nous souhaitons partager notre expérience suite à notre arrivée dans l’établissement. Concernant notre accueil, aucun service bagages n’a été proposé. Nos valises ont été contrôlées, mais aucune aide ne nous a été apportée pour les monter en chambre, alors que deux chariots étaient pourtant disponibles. Une erreur a été faite à l’accueil : on nous a remis un récapitulatif de séjour mentionnant une nuit de moins que prévu. Nous avons dû revenir pour signaler l’erreur, alors que le paiement pour deux nuitées avait bien été effectué via Expedia. L’employé a dû prendre mon téléphone pour vérifier la preuve de réservation, puis s’absenter pour faire une vérification en interne avant de revenir. Cela soulève de vraies questions sur leur organisation. C’est extrêmement préoccupant qu’un établissement de ce standing ne soit pas capable de gérer correctement les réservations. Plus tard aux alentours de 23h: Nous avons contacté la réception pour obtenir des bouteilles d’eau. On nous a demandé de patienter 15 minutes ou de venir les récupérer nous-mêmes. Finalement, après plus de 45 minutes d’attente et un nouvel appel, un employé est venu immédiatement nous apporter de l’eau, évoquant un problème de personnel. À notre deuxième jours , la piscine était inaccessible alors qu’il était déjà 13h. Nous avons demandé un parasol près de notre transat, mais cela nous a été refusé malgré la présence visible d’un socle. Par ailleurs, une forte odeur d’urine était perceptible sur l

Pour un 5 étoiles beaucoup de choses à revoir: pas de sortie de bain ni de pantoufles dans les chambres pas de housse protectrice sur les matelas les oreillers pas confortable pas de boisson dans le minibar pas de stylo ni de feuilles sur le bureau pas d’instructions pour l’utilisation du téléphone, des verres jetables pas de mouchoirs ni de verre dans la salle de bain, extracteur d’air non fonctionnel pas de débarbouillette, lunettes des toilettes non automatique fait un bruit énorme en tombant sur la toilette

Un excellent séjour avec un personnel très pro

Un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel très très bien entretenu. Hormis une hôtesse d’accueil qui ne s’est pas du tout montrée professionnelle, le reste du personnel était vraiment top, mention spéciale à Mounnir qui a même eu la gentillesse de nous faire visiter d’autres chambres pour un éventuel prochain séjour. La restauration de l’hôtel est plutôt de bonne qualité. Manque tout de même quelques attentions dans les chambres pour un 5 étoiles: chaussons, peignoirs, snacks dans le mini bar qui reste vide tout le séjour. A noter que l’hôtel rénove actuellement la zone piscine ce qui promet de belles baignades pour cet été Je ne manquerai pas de redescendre dans cet hôtel lors d’un prochain séjour en Algérie
