Un BandB Hotel très bien. L'hotel est très propre, recent, nous avons passé un bon sejour. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Le parking n'est pas très grand et non sécurisé.

Personnel adorable et hotel agrèable

Super propre et personnel très sympa. Evidemment les environs ne sont pas tres beaux, car dans un zoning commercial. Mais l'hotel en lui meme est bien décoré, très propre, agréable.

De kamer was netjes, schoon en groot, voorzien van een grootbeeld-TV en Air Conditioning. Ook het ontbijt was prima, met scrambled eggs, gebakken spek en verse croissants. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Ruime kamer, goed gelegen (winkels, restaurants), helaas stonk de kamer heel erg, de receptioniste heeft ons wel geholpen door de kamer schoon te maken en parfum te spuiten. S’Nachts waren de gasten wel luidruchtig. Het ontbijt was top! En de meneer die daar in de keuken werkt was ook hartstikke vriendelijk! Hij bood ons glutenvrije cakejes aan waar we blij mee waren. Inchecken en uitchecken ging makkelijk en snel.

Aucun professionnalisme. Très mécontent.

Je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de me rendre à cet hôtel car, ceux-ci n'ont pas accepté le décalage d'une journée. C'est à dire au lieu du samedi 03/08 et 04/08/24 soir, je demandais du 05/08 et 06/08/2024 soir. j"ai donc pris deux chambres dans la région de Maubeuge; Par contre j'ai payé 248.00 euros que personne que personne n'a voulu me rembourser.. Cela fait un séjour trés cher. Mr THIEBAUX.

Horrible! Salle de sport en dessous nuisances

Le pire hôtel bandb et le pire des hôtel que j'ai fait une salle de musculation d'une autre enseigne en dessous de l'hôtel de la musique et des bruits de fonte qui tombe jusqu'à 23h30 minuit et à 7h du matin sa recommence, avant 7h vers 4h30 5h vous aurez le bruit des voitures qui passe car oui l'hôtel à était remis au goût du jour mes les fenêtres...la ville et l'hôtel aurait jamais du accepter cet implantation et évidemment une fois que l'on réserve on ne peux plus du tout être remboursé vous comprendrez facilement pourquoi
