"Cabin is nice and clean, comes with well and full equipped kitchen. Easy check-in with email sent by 1500hrs sharp. As it is winter during our visit, many shops and restaurants weren’t open for business. So getting food from restaurants was almost impossible. But overall we had a good time chilling in the cabin, overlooking Lake Shirakaba. "

"ロケーションやもともとの建物は悪くないが、建物が古くなっているせいか、ペットのアンモニア臭が染みついてかなり臭い。トイレの匂いもするし、虫が半端なくいる。
食事を予約するホテルの予約センターも沢山の施設を統合しているせいか、電話がかかりにくく、電話に出る女性の対応もよろしくない。経営方法を考えた方がよいと思う。"
