"The food is fantastic. The best buffet we have ever experienced in a hotel - and we travel a lot! Also enjoyed the speciality restaurants where food and service - again excellent. The staff couldn’t be more friendly. A shout out to Nora (in Gingers) Rhoda on reception and all the pool staff - particularly the activity team - so good. Evening entertainment mainly good - particularly enjoyed the saxophonist and the high energy gymnastics. The lighting needs to be sorted as when performers used the floor around the stage it was difficult to see them. We also found our room quite dark - better lighting needed. Overall, we loved our stay and definitely would recommend "

Abba took such great care of us on the beach, always checking in and making sure our drinks were full and we were comfortable. Queen greeted us every morning and afternoon with the biggest smile — she truly brightened our days. And Steven was one of the best servers we’ve ever had — attentive, friendly, and just an all-around great person. Honestly, every single team member we came across made us feel so special.
