"The floors were unswept. The additional pillows in the cupboard were also so dusty that it caused an allergic reaction. Our rooms were located towards the end of the corridor, where there was dingy/broken furniture and a few male employees always hanging out there which was very uncomfortable everytime we opened the door"

"The hotel doesn’t have a lift which was problematic for those with mobility issues in our group. The staff were kind and went out of their way to help us with local phonecalls & taxis which was appreciated & accommodated us when extending our stay.
A few minor enhancements would improve the room e.g. having hooks behind the door in bathroom or a rail to hang towels. Breakfast could have more continental options but was not bad for what we paid. There was building work going on immediately...
