"We stayed over in Junior Suite room type which is the corner room with the two side windows. All amenities in the room are all perfect. As a gold member of Expedia, the hotel has given a special care with the letter from the manager and free soft drinks as a complimentary. The email response from the hotel is very fast and welcome. "Nice mid-level hotel in the heart of Avignon. A short walk from the train station and to the main shopping area with several restaurants. The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for sight seeing. The room was spacious and clean. The only caveat is that rooms on the upper floor are not suitable for travelers with physical limitations, as you need to carry up your luggage two flights of stairs, including a very narrow spiral staircase, to get to the top floor. But overall...

"Tres bon et très confortable séjour à l'ombre du palais pour le festival d'Avignon...a deux pas de notre théâtre préféré... a deux pas de tout en fait... la suite était super spacieuse avec tout ce qu'il fallait... la terrasse pour le café du matin et l'apéro du soir ont été les crises du gâteau... "
