Plenty of free parking at the premises. There is a microwave at the lobby to heat up you own food. You can use cutlery and plates from the hotel. Staff was very helpful.

Room was clean, breakfast was great, however staff acted very strange when we asked why the phone lines were not turned on. they explained they turned off the lines due to a chaotic environment, which prevented me from being able to reach them when I couldn’t make my reservation that day. Rooms need to be updated and repaired due to small scuffings. Not the best I’ve stayed at.

Nice place

A bit old (late 90s early 2000s style) but the staff was always smiling and helpful. The location isn't to far from the city but a car is a must to come and go.

Not bad for a budget hotel

We had a better experience here than we have had at more expensive hotels. Friendly and efficient reception staff at check in. Only fast food in the immediate walking vicinity. Next door is a shopping centre (clothing outlets) with supermarket but the room did not have a refrigerator or kettle/coffee making facility. Short drive to Massalfassar beach which is not the nicest. Hotel location has nothing going for it, except that it is quiet

The buffet breakfast was good and the staff was friendly, but had issues with bathroom door not locking due to water damage and shower head spraying water everywhere. The hotel location is not convenient, it is 100% car dependent even to get to the surrounding stores and it is far from downtown Valencia. There is a new bridge that crosses over the highway to walk to the beach, but you have to cross the highway roundabout and it is somewhat dangerous. Ok hotel if traveling on a budget, but don't expect to walk anywhere from the hotel if that is part of your plan.

We were given two rooms, both in unacceptable condition. There was visible mould, water damage, warped flooring, and even a footprint on the wall. One room had a broken countertop, and both smelled damp and unhealthy. We spent 90 minutes trying to resolve this, but the manager never appeared, and reception refused to provide their name. We were told to “speak to Expedia” instead of fixing anything. For health and safety reasons, we had to decline the stay and leave immediately. I emailed a formal complaint to the hotel, and they never replied — clearly customer satisfaction is not on their agenda. Two days later, we are still waiting for Expedia to refund our money, and remain hopeful this will be resolved

Nice hotel, walls paper thin

Hotel nice, but at side of motorway ( which is why we chose it), small pool, walls thin as paper could hear next room talking and snoring all night
