"This was my fourth Quest stay on this trip and sadly it was far below the others. The room we had had the bedroom wall vibrating which I traced to the extractions fans from either bedroom. We were offered another room was a little more shabby (burn marks in the counter top, fraid carpet between rooms). So stayed where we were and made sure the we lit the toilet from the hall light if going to the loo in the evening. The internet was poor, it kept stopping and made it unusable for the laptop...

"My go to place when staying on the south side, always great staff. Room service or meals downstairs, great pub food and breakfast. Great secure low cost parking enables you to rest easy"

"Apartment on the 13th floor was really clean,only complaint was there are no exhaust fans in either bathroom.The smell in the corridor as you get out of the lift and walk down to the room,was revolting.We went down to the 4th floor and got out of the lift,it didnt have the same horrible smell."

"The location was excellent....The manger Steve was very helpful. Offered us a choice of a number of rooms.and attended to any issues/ needs immediately...Even offered to take our luggage to our room... Also allowed an extension to our check out time.... The room itself was compact but had everything we needed It also had a balcony Although on the road side, noise was not an issue..... Would stay there again"

" No hot water, the adjourning room is actually just one apartment split, per the fireplan and switchboard, the locks keep getting switched between those rooms and the TV was swapped, clearly being stalked where the next apartment has one door on their side and full access to my window isn't wierd enough. The parking area mimics an old residence car park with storage cages exactly the same, i've been set up on my own home, and people closest to me who lost everything or are dead, never in a hotel...

"The staff here is fantastic. So lovely and real and helpful. My daughter had broken her leg so we needed a chair for the shower and to be located near the lobby for easy crutch entry and exit. The reception staff AND housekeeping made all this happen and were great about it. Thanks! Ps, the location is great too. The apartments are a bit old and need some updating, but overall fine."

"This is the best place to stay in Melbourne. Friendly and ever so helpful staff. Great kitchen for cooking.Even washer and dryer for your clothes. Will definitely be going back."

"Within walking distance to St Kilda Beach and just a 20-minute tram ride from the city center, the location is absolutely perfect. It’s surrounded by plenty of cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets, yet the area itself remains quiet and peaceful. The hotel facilities are excellent; the lounge is spacious and relaxing, and the shared kitchen is very well-equipped. My private room was also roomy and comfortable. I was delighted to find that they provided a kettle along with some delicious Melbourne...

"Handy location but the lighting in the apartment section indoor stairwell was not working and it was very dark and the outside stairs were a little risky for the wet weather we experienced. The door to our toilet didn't close properly and the sliding door to one of the rooms had a big enough gap which limited the privacy of those in that room."
