"The property is only four months old. I am a super light sleeper and requested a quiet room. My room was located on the 4th floor with no one above me and even though it was located next to the ice machine, I didn't hear a single thing all night. "I like this hotel because it is very convenient for my purposes. It's right across from a Safeway and is in a mostly residential area. It is easy walking distance from a very nice large park. It is a little older but very well maintained. It also has mature gardens, including the pool area, which is a lovely place to sit and eat breakfast.
