The hotel was ok i think they need new beds both in my room were not comfortable they were sagging on one side so it made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep and I booked the room for 2 days.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and comfortable. There was a Dennys beside it and a gas and go with a pizza place across the drive. Very convient. I would book thos place again.

Very loud weekend had kids running up and down hallways. Kids were not being watched. Breakfast area was crazy kids took up all the area to sit we didn’t even grab anything to eat before checking out

Relaxing Stay
Check in was easy, the receptionist was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and smelled fresh. I had a relaxing evening. Breakfast was great. I enjoyed the eggs and bacon. Coffee was good.

Stampede of Children, slamming doors and no help
I came up there for the weekend for Valentine’s Day with my husband. We wanted to hit the casino and relax and enjoy. Instead, we got woken up at 6 AM on Saturday and 5-5:30 Sunday by loud kids and when I told someone about the loud noise on Saturday night I was informed that he already handled it but the noise continued kids was rubbing the halls, parents was in the lobby drinking beer I just didn’t enjoy my time away from my reality (im a mom of 4) I had a family member watch my children. The room was nice, breakfast was not the best but we went to dennys instead. Just had to many kids running the halls and doors slamming and all the above!

Nice staff. Although my key card just stopped working last night we were there. Had to go all the way back down to be told, oh it does that if you’re here for more than 2 nights. ???? My brothers key card still worked? That’s just silly. Shut that computer glitch down.

Our stay as a couple at this hotel it was very impressive. First because my wife its a clean freak and she was happy with the room (wich mean 5* cleaning).Second it was the very quiet location and closed to the casino also.The only suggestion we have its the breakfast shoud be lil better quality. The overalls our stay it was great.

Front desk was great. Arrived early, she found a room available for me. I didn’t have a shower curtain. I found a housekeeper cleaning a room down the hall. She was so sweet. She grabbed a shower curtain asap and hung it up. Thank you! Staff was awesome and room was very clean.

Was told room would be ready at 3pm, when returned at 3pm, told to give it another hour. When asked what else could be done, offered a smaller room with smaller bed. When I pushed back about the delay since check-in says 3pm, a room at the size reserved was discovered. While passing the front desk to return the luggage cart, a piece of hardware broke off while going over the bump into the vestibule. I mentioned it to the same female desk clerk, who told me "you can pick that up and bring it to me". The room was clean and met expectations, but the lack of good customer service from the clerk was disappointing.

Holiday Inn Marshall
We had a family wedding to attend & this hotel served its purpose as a place to sleep. Unfortunately our room was right next the stairs & the elevator wasn’t working. People were stomping up & down late & early. On a positive note, it was close to the venue located right off the highway next to a gas station & Denny’s, which was convenient.
