Staff were nice and accommodating. I originally had a room facing the street and it was too noisy for me to sleep so I asked to be moved and they were able to do that the next night. It was a much quieter stay having a room away from the street.

A BIG thank you to the staff of the Greet Hotel for making it welcoming on our arrival and for ensuring a safe place to store our bicycle during our stay in Marseille. Much appreciated. Loved the eclectic decor, areas to hang out and how quiet the hotel was in such a busy neighborhood. Breakfast was good and had a nice selection of food to start your day. Great location for everything we needed (bike shop, post office) and short walk to all the action on the port.

The Greet Hotel is a 10 minute walk from the main train station and about the same to the historic port. The area seemed safe. The rooms are well.maintained and comfortable. We found it to be a nice place to rest.

great location clean room nice service

We were 3 in the room. The room was quite small but comfortable. The airconditioning in the room was excellent. Hot water was great and bath tub was spotless clean. They had Marseilles Savon shampoo which was great. TV services was great. Location is very close to the St.Charles Gar and the old Port.Just in between the 2. We could walk everywhere for sightseeing, for having good food, for shopping and come back to the hotel by walking. Thank you.

The Greet hotel was good for the purpose of a cheaper hotel option in the location we wanted. The air conditioning didn’t really work so the room was quite warm. For the most part it was clean and had everything we needed. Worth it for the price!

The shower was barely wider than my shoulders. The soap was congealed. Staff was very sweet and location is convenient. I just feel slightly misled by the photos as the quality was not quite what was indicated.

Very close to Gare St-Charles, and an easy walk to the Port, this hotel was perfect for just one night. It is a basic, bare bones place, but clean and comfortable. The bathroom is stocked with only a drinking glass, a towel, and liquid soap. But they provided a hair dryer when I asked for one. The Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the hotel was of meager variety, but convenient and adequate. As long as this is what you are expecting, then you will be plenty satisfied staying here.

The property was perfectly fine for my purposes. Economical. Conveniently located. About a five to seven minute walk from the Marseille harbor front. The AC in the building doesn’t keep up with the demand on the hottest of nights. But as I said, it was perfectly adequate, especially for the price.

Hotel staff are friendly. Boutique atmosphere in the lobby. Rooms are bare bones. Air Conditioning didn’t work…in the middle of august….while France hosts the Olympics. It was about 32 Celsius (90 Fahrenheit) in the room. They gave us a swamp cooler that did nothing. Just laid there soaked the entire night. Breakfast isn’t free, and I could fit more food in my carry on than they offer to eat. Horrible choice.

Hotel was very cute looking and it is fairly clean and spacious. However, it was lacking a lot of basic necessity such as hot water (it was out of hot water by 9pm for shower), the AC was not functioning, there were no hair dryer in the room. Being so hot, we wanted to have some ice but there are no ice machine. We had to ask the bar/reception and they couldn’t even give us a bucket of ice but just a small glass. The windows are not well sound proofed so it was very loud at night. It also didn’t help that it was located at the intersection of a busy street.

Loved how close this hotel was to the train station. The staff are lovely and were very helpful. Great shower after a long travel day. Good wifi. Unfortunately the air con felt no more than a fan but the hotel did its job for 1 night
